Soup with garlic and onion

large yellow onions
defatted chicken broth
(salt and pepper)
Heat 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan, then melt the broth tablet.
Meanwhile, peel the onions and garlic cloves and slice them into strips. Add everything to the broth, pepper, cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Pour into the mixing bowl and mix to obtain a smooth soup.
Reverse in the saucepan, adjust seasoning (salt and pepper) and cook over low heat. As soon as the soup shakes, throw the vermicelli in the rain and cook for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
